This allows us to give you an accurate, FREE guaranteed price quote and a FREE Market Position Report to get your company on the Internet. It also includes a FREE Technologies Evaluation of your computers, telephones and other tools to determine if they will be able to properly handle increased business. There is no obligation if you choose not to use our services. Note: Travel expenses are additional for companies outside the Central Florida area.
   
• Domain Name Research & Registration                    $ 100
  What is the best name for your web site? Unless you have a very well-known company name, that may not be your best choice. We will help you determine the best choice and get it registered. This includes research into possible domains, analysis of the way your customers would search for your company, and the actual registration. Registration only is $50.
   
• Web Layout & Design                                            $ 75/hour
  This is the hardest cost to estimate and varies greatly depending on your website's needs. A few samples for guidelines: A simple portfolio site such as Joy & Tom Studios would be $500, while an extensive site such as Scifispace.com would be around $15,000 for initial design. Initial design includes all layout, graphics, copy editing or writing, optimization for and submission to the top 50 search engines, forms, etc. This price is also for redesign of existing websites.
   
• E-Commerce Enabling                                                Varies
  E-Commerce is, of course, the current "hot topic" of the Internet. We can design a E-Commerce-enabled site for you with the fee varying upon the complexity of your needs. Simple order forms are much less expensive than a shopping-cart or other high-maintenance site, but if you want to sell a large number of products, or have a great many options for people to choose from, a shopping cart may be the best choice. Our Initial Consultation will determine your needs.
   
• Graphic Creation, Photo Manipulation & Retouching  $ 75/hour
  Again this varies depending upon complexity of your needs. We will provide these services for you even if we didn't design your entire website. Ask for a custom quote based on your needs.

  We can create Javascript, CGI, Perl and other web-language programs so visitors to your site can input forms, retrieve information, send you email, complete surveys, listen to your latest offering, download samples, chat, leave messages, play games, or whatever you need! You can create your own Internet e-zine (one of the hottest promotional vehicles at the moment), discussion list, or other publication. Whatever you need, we can create it for you! Again, not all sites need these bells and whistles - our Initial Consultation will help determine what you need.
   
• Marketing & Promotion                                            Varies
  We can design the best promotional package for you both online and off. Rates will vary depending upon vehicles selected. We recommend a minimum of $2000 per month designated for promotion in the first year and $500 per month after that, but can work within your budget. There are many low-cost and free promotional sources many people don't know about or utilize. We will put them all to work for you.
   
• Site Maintenance & Updates                                     Varies
  We have maintenance and update plans custom-tailored to your site including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual updates. Three months of free updates are included in the initial design.
   
• Web site Hosting
