All Price Quotes are provided in writing
with no obligation to purchase and include a 30-day price guarantee! As long as specifications remain as stated in the Price Quote, charges will be exactly as specified when order is placed within 30 days of date of Price Quote and at least 50% of total is paid at time of signing.
Additional Terms:
All Price Quotes must be signed by an authorized representative of Customer's Company and will constitute a contract for work specified in Price Quote. Any changes, additions, or alterations made by Customer once Price Quote is signed may occur additional expenses which will be specified in a Price Quote Revision which must be signed by an authorized representative of Customer's Company before work will be continued. Price Quotes cancelled once work begins will be subject to a Cancellation Fee of up to 50% of Price Quote total depending upon job and amount of work completed before cancellation. If job is cancelled, Customer further agrees to pay any vendors or third parties contracted for in Price Quote for work completed to date as well as any cancellation fees such parties may impose.
We accept payment via Company or Personal Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For product orders, normal terms our 50% down, 50% upon completion for orders over $500 and prepaid for all
others. For services, terms vary depending upon service required. Written contracts are required for most service work.
Terms may vary depending upon contractural services required or other factors. All terms will be clearly specified on Price Quote.
Service Fees and Charges:
Any invoice not paid as specified in the Price Quote signed by your company will be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or 18% per year. Customer will be responsible for any collection or legal fees required to
collect past due fees.
