One that most web site design firms concentrate on is getting your site listed in the search engines...and there are a lot of companies promising to get you in the "top listings" of those search engines and directories. A recent survey showed that only 16% of the web is listed in the top search engines and still there are hundreds or thousands of web sites that appear for most search keywords.
