Wanted to let you know about our science fiction, fantasy and horror convention held in Richmond, Virginia April 24-26, 2009. It is called Ravencon 2009 and the website is http://ravencon.com .

Science Fiction & Fantasy return to Richmond with RavenCon 2009, a weekend celebrating the genres of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror. (And as we're playing the Edgar Allan Poe angle, we're Mystery friendly, too!) Join our guests for panel discussions and workshops that can only happen at RavenCon! Thisn year, with events linked to Edgar Allan Poe, due to 2009 being his 200th birthday.

Weekend Rates
Adults (18 and up):$25 by 9-30-08, $30 by 12-31-08, $35 by 4-17-08, $40 at the door
Young Adults (12-17): $15
Children (11 and under): FREE
10% discount with Military ID and Student/College ID

Day Rates
Friday: $15, Saturday: $25, Sunday: $15

Due to popular demand, we are offering group rates for this year. Any group of 10 or more will be eligible for a $5 per person discount. Groups must send their registration information in together and pay by a single check to receive the discount.
