Final Harry Potter Book Gets a Title

The much debated final book of the Harry Potter saga finally has a title. Author JK Rowlings has officially announed it will be...

(drumroll here)
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

So my first question was, what the heck are "Hallows"????

According to the American Heritage Dictionary:

1. To make or set apart as holy.

2. To respect or honor greatly; revere.

So I still have no idea what this might refer to. They've never been mentioned in any other Harry Potter book, so all we can do is wait and see.

The other big question is yet to be answered: When will Book 7 be released?! My best guess is somewhere around the release date of the next movie, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, set for US release July 13, 2007.
